1. This prize draw is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or over, except employees of Gemsatwork Ltd (the “Promoter”), their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Gemsatwork Ltd reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Entries must be submitted via the relevant submission field on community.gems-sampling.com for Skyn and are limited to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries, or entries sent through agencies and third parties, will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries, and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
4. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address between 02/28/2025 and 03/28/2025: Gems Competition Winner

5. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM EST on 02/28/2025. Only one entry per person is allowed.
6. The winner will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the prize draw closing date and must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification. Should Gemsatwork Ltd be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to confirm acceptance, Gemsatwork Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Gemsatwork Ltd may request proof of age and/or residency from the winner.
7. The details of the prize are subject to availability, are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
8. Any prize items deemed faulty must be returned within fourteen (14) days for replacement.
9. The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities, including publicity.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by accepting the prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, or use/misuse of the prize.
11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Any incomplete, illegible, damaged, or irregular entries, or those that fail to meet the entry requirements, may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or destroyed entries.
12. Events beyond the control of Gemsatwork Ltd may render the prize draw or awarding of the prize impossible. Accordingly, Gemsatwork Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion without liability.
13. This Promotion is subject to these rules, which may be amended by the Promoter. Entrants who participate in the Promotion agree to be bound by these rules.
14. (a) The Promoter assumes no responsibility for internet, server, or technical issues during the promotional period. If technical malfunctions, fraud, or any other cause compromises the security or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. (b) If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted will be deemed the entrant. The authorized account holder is defined as the individual assigned to an email address by an internet service provider. Proof of ownership of the email account may be required.
16. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State in which the sampling took place and is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of the state.
17. Gemsatwork Ltd is responsible for the administration of the prize draw.
18. Data submitted by entrants will be securely stored by Gemsatwork Ltd in compliance with applicable U.S. data protection laws. Anonymized survey data may be shared with the brand for reporting and analysis purposes. First-party marketing information will only be shared if entrants have explicitly consented to share their email with the brand. No identifiable data will be shared with third parties without such authorization
